I went to a couple of different theater stores around town and was disappointed with the customer service that I received. Often times I was ignored and if I was acknowledged the information I received was minimal. That all changed when I went to Audio Advisors.
From the first day that I walked through the door Rick & Mike have treated me like royalty! Jim and his crew were awesome on the installation side. I have been blown away by the knowledge that they have on electronics and their willingness to do one on one consults with me throughout each stage of the design and installation of my home theater. It doesn’t stop there…Although it’s been several months since the completion of my theater, I called today with questions and they were just as helpful as the day I first walked through their door. Customer service even after the sale is great, now that’s impressive!!
