I am Extremely impressed with the craftsmanship, professionalism, and technical skill of Ryan and the other gentleman who installed my TV and sound bar today.

Audio Advisor is by far the best. I’ve been a customer since the early 1980s. I always will be amazed at the work Audio Advisors perform.

I’m looking forward to getting a new TV for my family room. I look forward to working with you and your company again soon.

Hi Jeff, 

I wanted to take a moment & let you know how much of a pleasure it was to work with the guys at Serious Autosport.  I had planned out a stereo upgrade for my 2013 Grand Cherokee for several months, going back & forth on strategies, & it finally happened about 3 weeks ago.  I’m an old-school stereo guy, however working with the many nuances of these newer vehicles, is above my scope.  You guys were the ONLY shop around that I even considered.

Jerit was open & accommodating to my selection of DSP, a JBL MS-8 (due to time-alignment correction & un-EQ on its front end), which I provided.  We then pieced together the rest of the installation based on a lot of my own technical research & Jerit’s experience.

Tom Mangs is an awesome installer, all industry awards aside!  He fulfilled all of my design details over the 3 days, keeping everything cosmetically stealth yet accessible, for future upgrades (or God forbid, troubleshooting).  Helping Tom out on a follow-up visit to snuff out a couple of annoying resonant rattles, Mike Boyhan, was spot-on.

The system sounds & functions great, despite using the factory head unit… And I haven’t really fine-tuned it yet!

Please, let these guys know that their efforts are so greatly appreciated… Another job well done!  Next comes speakers for my living room TV, which’ll be easy in comparison.

Never any need to apologize to me, ever.  

To say I am beyond thrilled is an understatement LOL.  I was blown away.  I’ll be sending a little something over to the crew next week to show my appreciation to you, Tom, and the entire staff.  

Today it’s hard to find companies that have remained in business for as long as you have and it’s even harder to find loyalty.  It works both ways and it’s always good to be able to go back to where it all started.  Cars have been my own passion since I was a kid.  Not only the music part but I love to race too.  To go back to familiar faces and know you don’t have to worry just give someone your keys it’s a good feeling and even better to have the results exceed what you already know will be superior, well that is icing on the cake.  You guys have been delivering that since before I was legally able to drink lol.  Good stuff indeed.

I appreciate the note, truly and will be back very soon.  Ken bought a 911 and we need to get into that lol but my Magnum will need a refresh first when it comes back from Cleveland shortly and I will be getting with Jerit on that to get that taken care of.

I got the speakers hooked up. Love them! Sounded great right out of the box. Heard they only get better after breaking them in. So Wow. They are very 3D sounding. The bass player sounded like he was in my room. Thank you guys so much. My life is complete now!
